Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

• If an item is out-of-stock, it will be processed and shipped as soon as it is available.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing or shipment may be delayed.  If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

He Speaks Today currently uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its carrier. Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

Tracking Shipments

A shipping confirmation is automatically sent when the order if fulfilled. Additionally, an "out for delivery" email or SMS text is sent to the customer automatically after orders with tracking information are out for delivery, and a "delivered" email or SMS text is sent to the customer automatically after orders with tracking information are delivered.  If there is an issue with delivery, the USPS may be contacted directly.  Please visit USPS Tracking.
