Shipping, Delivery, and Refunds

SHIPPING 

For commercial addresses, He Speaks Today® offers the shipping options listed below.  Prices are calculated online at checkout.

  • USPS First-Class Package Service - Retail
  • UPS Standard Ground (5-7 business days)

The shipping and processing schedules  (See processing below) exclude weekends and holidays, including some Christian and federal holidays.

PROCESSING

Allow up to 3-4 days for processing small orders.  Large volume orders (typically for retailers) may require 2-3 weeks for processing, unless otherwise stated.  The shipping and processing schedules exclude weekends and holidays, including some Christian and federal holidays.  Please provide enough time to accommodate unexpected events that may delay order delivery.

DELIVERY

For deliveries, a confirmation email with the tracking number, if applicable, will be sent to the email address submitted.

In the event of carrier problems, He Speaks Today® will work to bring issues to a mutual resolution.

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

He Speaks Today® works to ensure customer satisfaction.  All items must be returned within 30 days of deliver.

REPLACEMENTS

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.   The item must be in its original bag or container.  He Speaks Today® will refund the return shipping.

REFUNDS

Refunds are usually made in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.  In case of a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Before returning an item, see REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS above.

  1. Pack the item(s).
  2. Place the packing slip on top and seal.  (If you do not have the packing slip, write your full name, the name of the business, the physical mailing address originally used [including the city, state, and zip code], your phone number, and your email address on a slip of paper.). 
  3. Ship the item from any UPS location.
