Items shipped from Hespeakstoday.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Products in Good Condition
To be eligible for return, each item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Once the item is delivered to He Speaks Today, it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in the customer's account.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Products Damaged or DefectiveIf a product(s) is received damaged or defective, please return it using the return shipping address below. Return shipping costs will be refunded.
The item or items will be exchanged and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of the shipment, if the item is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the total purchase cost will be refunded.
